This information may include: name, email, phone number, postal address, profile picture, payment method, and other information you choose to provide.

2. Use of Information

We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our services, such as to facilitate carpooling between users, process payments, send support and administrative messages, and communicate with you about products, services, offers, and events.

3. Sharing of Information

We may share the information we collect about you as described in this policy or at the time of collection or sharing, including as follows: with other users to enable them to provide the services you request; with third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf; and in response to a request for information if we believe disclosure is in accordance with, or required by, any applicable law, regulation, or legal process.

4. Payments & Stripe (Connect)

Card payments and driver payouts are processed by Stripe (Stripe, Inc. and affiliates). If you pay for a ride or onboard as a driver for payouts, Stripe collects and processes payment and identity information under its own terms and privacy policy. We may receive limited information from Stripe (for example whether payouts are enabled, and transaction references) to operate matching, receipts, and support. We do not store your full card number on CrownHop servers.

Payment authorisation, settlement, charge handling, and card-network disputes are operated by Stripe and your card issuer under their terms. CrownHop is not a bank or card processor, and cannot guarantee approval, settlement timing, or outcomes of card disputes handled in Stripe's systems.

5. Your Choices

You may update, correct, or delete information about you at any time by logging into your online account or emailing us at help@crownhop.com. If you wish to delete your account, please email us at that address, but note that we may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
